Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HairstyleChange application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HairstyleChange provides AI-powered hairstyle visualization services that allow users to see how different hairstyles would look on their photos. The service uses artificial intelligence image generation technology provided by fal.ai.

Visualizations are for entertainment and personal inspiration purposes only. AI-generated results are approximations and may differ significantly from real-world hairstyle results. We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or similarity of any generated image.

3. Subscriptions & Hairstyle Credits

• HairstyleChange offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
• 10 Hairstyles plan: Grants 10 hairstyle generations per billing period.
• 100 Hairstyles plan: Grants 100 hairstyle generations per billing period.
• Each AI hairstyle visualization consumes 1 hairstyle credit from your balance.
• Unused credits at the end of a billing period do not roll over and expire.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. HairstyleChange does not directly issue refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

5. Permitted Use

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of other persons for whom you have explicit consent.
• You may not upload photos of minors.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the App or its AI systems.
• Generated images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Intellectual Property

The HairstyleChange app, its design, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. The AI models and service infrastructure are the property of their respective owners (fal.ai, Black Forest Labs). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SATISFACTORY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HAIRSTYLECHANGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
